CW999 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Material changes will be communicated to active players in advance via the platform. Continued use of the platform after a notified change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for reviewing updates when notified.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your CW999 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. CW999 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where those losses result from you sharing your credentials or failing to secure your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact CW999 support immediately to initiate a password reset and account review.
CW999 is strictly for adults aged 18 years and over. This is a non-negotiable requirement. Players who are found to be under 18 at any point — including retrospectively after a period of use — will have their accounts permanently closed. Any deposits made by underage players will be returned where possible, but winnings accumulated will not be paid out.

All transactions on CW999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not apply currency conversion fees on deposits, and your account balance at all times reflects the actual PKR amount available to you.

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits from accounts or wallets registered to other individuals are not permitted. Deposits found to have originated from third-party accounts will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended.
If a deposit fails after funds have left your payment account but has not appeared in your CW999 balance, contact support with your transaction reference number. CW999 will investigate with the payment provider and credit confirmed deposits within a reasonable timeframe. CW999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors outside its control.
Withdrawals from your CW999 balance are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds return to their source. Withdrawals are made in PKR.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, CW999 will require completion of the KYC verification process. This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of your payment method. Documents submitted are reviewed within one to three business days. Once verified, your account is approved for withdrawals and subsequent requests do not require re-submission unless your details change.
Standard withdrawal processing times are 24–48 hours from the point of request for verified accounts. VIP members from Gold tier upward receive expedited processing, and Platinum tier and above are eligible for same-day settlement. Processing times may be longer in the event of an account review, an unusually large withdrawal request or during peak periods. CW999 will communicate any delay directly to the affected player.
Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Real money funds deposited without an active bonus are not subject to wagering restrictions and can be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification and processing.
Note: CW999 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Your PKR amount requested is the amount sent to your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account. Third-party processing fees imposed by the payment provider itself are outside CW999's control.
CW999 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the offer is presented, as well as these general Terms and Conditions.
The welcome bonus is available to new CW999 players on their first deposit. The current offer, minimum deposit requirement, wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated on the Promotions page. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person, household and device. Players who have previously held a CW999 account are not eligible for the new player welcome bonus.
Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be turned over in eligible play before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal. Different game types contribute at different rates — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all for certain bonuses.
Bonuses that are not used or wagered through within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account. Expired bonus balances are not reinstated. Check the Promotions page for the validity period of each active offer.

CW999 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion, including before or after the relevant event. In practice, refusals are typically related to suspected irregularities in an event, unusually large bet sizes relative to available liquidity or technical errors in odds pricing. Where a bet is cancelled before the event, the stake is returned to your balance in full.
In-play bets are accepted subject to the current match state at the time the bet is confirmed. CW999 uses live data feeds from independent providers for in-play pricing. In the event of a disconnection between the data feed and actual match state at the moment of bet placement, CW999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.
For cricket markets including Pakistan internationals, Pakistan Super League and other tournaments, the following rules apply. Match winner markets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Matches abandoned due to weather or other causes before the minimum required overs are completed (as defined by D/L method or competition rules) will be settled as void unless stated otherwise in specific market rules. Player-specific markets require the named player to participate in the match for bets to stand; if a named player does not take the field, related bets are voided.
In accumulator bets where one or more legs are voided, those legs are removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections stand at their original odds. A two-leg accumulator where one leg is voided becomes a single bet on the remaining selection.

In the event that a jackpot is triggered simultaneously by more than one player due to a technical error, CW999 will honour the first confirmed trigger and void subsequent simultaneous claims. CW999 reserves the right to limit maximum jackpot payout structures as communicated within individual game terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the CW999 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in account closure, balance forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Consequence: Accounts found in breach of these prohibited conduct rules will be closed immediately. Balances in closed accounts may be forfeited where the breach involved fraud, multi-accounting or bonus abuse. CW999 cooperates fully with law enforcement requests related to financial crime.
CW999 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account without prior notice in circumstances where a breach of these terms has been identified, or where an investigation into potential breach is required. During a suspension, access to the platform is restricted and withdrawals are placed on hold pending review.
Where a suspension results in account closure due to a confirmed breach, CW999 will communicate the decision and the reason for it. Genuine disputes about account closure decisions can be escalated through the support team. CW999 aims to resolve account disputes within ten business days of a formal escalation being submitted.
Players who wish to close their CW999 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any remaining real money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC verification. Active bonus balances are forfeited on voluntary closure. Account closure does not constitute termination of these terms for matters arising during the period of account use.
